For Leaders: We help pastors and organizational leaders grow in discernment and emotional health, equipping them to lead themselves and others from a place of spiritual overflow rather than exhaustion.  We coach leaders who want to walk in greater renewal, healing and freedom so that they can lead churches and organizations that are experiencing this as well.  

Yes. We work with churches and groups to help them grow deeper as a community. Whether through guest speaking, workshops, personalized hourly coaching or guided discernment processes, we help organizations listen to the Holy Spirit and move forward together in their mission.

We serve clients both locally in Vernon, BC, and globally via video conferencing. This allows us to provide mentoring and coaching to individuals and leaders regardless of their geographic location. We also travel to speak at conferences, events, retreats and equipping events to help organizations and individuals to go deeper in faith and walk in fuller renewal in their lives.

Carmen is a published writer on listening prayer with children and also has years of experience training and equipping children’s/family ministry teams to help children to experience and live in the fullness of life in Christ.  She also coaches churches and ministry leaders on safety risk management, building teams, spiritual renewal, and prayer with children and families. Carmen enjoys speaking at women’s retreats, children’s camps, weekend services, and special events on the deeper life of Christ.

Jeremy speaks on the above topics, but also on church leadership, prayer, renewal of the heart, deeper life, healing and embracing identity in Christ.   He has been permitted by Dr. Rob Reimer to speak at Soul Care Conferences (see more)
